    @kesh, great feedback thank you. Were you able to download any of your existing enterprise application used in your organization on HMS? One of the litmus test of user friendliness is when the mobile device can be used for both consumer general use and enterprise productivity to have work, and personal profiles active in one device. I’m keen to get your feedback on that aspect?

    @Harold, one was to get around the inability to access the Huawei P40 Pro is to reset the password to the Huawei ID and this requires that you have the cellphone number that created the ID in the first place. If this is not possible, the last resort is to factory reset the Huawei P40 Pro. Since the same ID will prevent any factory resetting without a password, the mobile device will need to be taken in to Huawei Repair Centre.
